  • How does the hotel's daily rate work?

    A hotel stay is calculated from 3 PM on the first day until 12 PM on the following day.

  • How does check-in work at the hotel?

    Check-in is the time when a guest can enter their room. In other words, it's when the daily rate begins. With early check-in, the guest can check in earlier, specifically before 3 PM. Early check-in depends on hotel availability and should therefore be checked in advance. This option also has an extra cost that must be paid directly to the hotel.

  • How does check-out work at a hotel?

    Check-out time is when the daily rate ends; in our hotels, check-out time is 12:00 PM. There is also the option of late check-out, where the guest can leave the hotel a few hours later. Late check-out depends on hotel availability and should therefore be checked in advance. This option also has an extra cost that must be paid directly to the hotel.

  • Are hotels pet-friendly?

    Othon hotels are completely pet-friendly. This means that traveling with your pet guarantees comfort and a welcoming atmosphere in our hotels. We've thought of everything to make your best friend's stay as comfortable as possible! We've developed some personalized amenities, and we have a differentiated cleaning process for rooms with animals. Therefore, an extra R$150.00 is charged for pet accommodation + taxes per day at the Othon Palace Copacabana Rio. At the Savoy Othon Lite, pet accommodation costs R$100.00 per day + 15% taxes. PET CARE - We have rooms specially prepared to welcome our four-legged friends. - We offer water bowls, food bowls, hygienic mats, and beds. - We accept animals up to 34kg for the animal's comfort. *According to the Health Surveillance regulations, pets are not allowed in areas where food is served, such as the pool, bar, lobby bar, and restaurants. Furthermore, animals are not allowed in gyms and spas.

  • How do I cancel a reservation?

    Reservation cancellations must be made directly with our reservations department via email: reservas@othon.com.br or by phone: 55 21 2106-0200. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before check-in, except when the rate is non-refundable. If your reservation was not made directly through our website or reservations department, the cancellation must be made directly through the channel used.

  • How do I make my reservation online?

    To make a reservation at one of our hotels, please visit www.othon.com.br, select the hotel, dates, category, and complete the payment.

  • What are the accepted payment methods?

    The payment methods accepted at Othon Hotels are: cash, bank deposit, PIX, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express and Elo).

  • Until what age do children not pay for a daily rate at hotels?

    In our hotels, we have a policy of not charging extra for one child per room up to 12 years old.

  • Do hotels offer room service?

    • Savoy Othon Lite: room service until 11 PM.

    Yes, all hotels in the Othon chain have accessibility features to better serve their guests.

  • Is breakfast included in the daily rate?

    Yes, breakfast is included in the daily rate at all hotels! At the Othon Palace Copacabana Rio we have two types of breakfast. Bossa: served on the third floor of the hotel, overlooking the sea, with various food and beverage stations, an espresso machine, and vegetarian options. Skylab: served on the 30th floor of the Othon Palace Copacabana Rio, with the highest view of Copacabana, this breakfast is available to guests in the Super Luxury, Junior Suite, Oceanfront Executive Suite, Oceanfront Luxury Executive Suite, and Oceanfront Super Luxury Executive Suite categories. There are à la carte options and also a buffet with cold cuts, fine cheeses, and sparkling wine.
